Ingredients

  • 30 g (1/4 cup) blueberries preferably fresh, (frozen will serve)
  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp stevia-erythritol sweetener blend
  • 1 tsp cod liver oil cold pressed
  • 1/2 medium avocado organic
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice organic
  • 1 tbsp ground walnuts

Optional

  • 4 drops blueberry natural flavouring
  • 12 whole blackberries Add them for the colour and taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract organic
  • 20 g (1/5 cup) goat butter organic

Decoration

  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) heavy whipping cream organic (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get a smooth texture.
  • Pour in a glass or dessert bowl and top with freshly whipped heavy cream. Enjoy freshly prepared for the maximum antioxidant consumption.
