Keto-Carni Crustless Pizza

Ingredients

  • 10 g (0,35 oz) goat butter alternatively use grass-fed cow's butter
  • 8 quail eggs alternatively use 3 hen eggs
  • 6 slices smoked prosciutto
  • 4 tbsp aged goat cheese grated
  • 1 pinch red hot chili pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and add prosciutto. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Beat the eggs with a fork and pour them over the prosciutto. 

  3. Let them cook without touching them for 2 minutes and then top with grated goat cheese.

  4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 2 minutes. Uncover, add red hod chili pepper flakes and transfer to a wide plate. Serve immediately.
